Account Registration & Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mg888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected.

6.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant payment method page within the Platform and are subject to change. As general guide, minimum deposits start fromRM10–RM50 depending on the selected method. Minimum withdrawals are typically RM50 or higher.

6.3 Processing Times

Most approved withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 3–15 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods vary. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. mg888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds, which may extend processing times in certain cases.

6.4 Payment Method Consistency

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mg888 — including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits — are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, bonus funds and related winnings are non-withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified promotional period; failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Betting Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

mg888 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. In cases where a technical error occurs during bet placement, mg888 may void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Section 13

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 By mg888

mg888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents compliance, legal, or reputational risk to mg888 or other players.

13.2 By the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting mg888 customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, mg888 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals before closing the account. Accounts subject to pending investigations, unmet wagering requirements, or active self-exclusion cooling-off periods may not be immediately closeable.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination — whether by mg888 or at the player's request — all pending bonus balances and non-withdrawable credits are immediately voided. Real money balances, less any applicable deductions in accordance with these Terms, will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Section 14

Governing Law & Disputes
